APAD-PH Conducts Training of Trainers for the Microenterprise Resilience Program

The Asia-Pacific Alliance For Disaster Management - Philippines (APAD-PH) recently conducted a Training of Trainers (TOT) for the Microenterprise Resilience Program (MERP) last March 18-20, 2025, held at the Richmonde Hotel Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
The MERP is designed to promote a culture of preparedness and resiliency in microenterprises and other DRRM-related and business principles that are vital for the survival of small businesses, especially in areas which are vulnerable to different hazards.
Mr. Joshua U. Richardson, Administrative Officer II of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) was one of the participants during the said event. He was certified as a Provisional Trainer after the training program, together with Ms. Cheryl P. Gallo, Administrative Officer V and Mr. Christian D. Jarito, Administrative Aide I of the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO).
